When we experience ourselves as loveable we feel peacefully secure. From that base of felt security we are able to effectively take care of ourselves. We are able to see the unfolding of life as it is rather than how we wish it would be. We are able to discern useful action from that which is not. And perhaps of greatest value, we are able to openly exchange love, compassion and tenderness with all that touches our life...
