Right Where We Want To Be

Dear friends, brothers and sisters,

We are a little over four years old now and we are right where we want to be.

Neale Donald Walsch launched Humanity’s Team in June, 2003 and since that time a leadership group from around the world has come together to create a global grassroots spiritual movement.  Together, we’ve created a beautiful thing.  It is true.

If you’ve been in the room when we’ve gone around the table to share “love” in our own language and in our own way, you know what I mean.  If you’ve looked in the eyes of the Humanity’s Team Coordinator from Germany, Wales, Italy, Greece, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Moldova, Sweden, Japan, South Africa, Argentina, England (and I could keep going because we have coordinators in many countries) you know what I mean.

But please don’t mistake Humanity’s Team for a soft social club.  This would be a mistake.  Humanity’s Team has been formed by a nucleus of leaders from around the world and is “tight” and connected but this is the starting point, not the ending point.

Let’s review all of the ways one can participate in Humanity’s Team -- awakening the world to our Oneness -- creating a New thought, New word, New deed and New world, all in the space of 20-30 years, within one generation.

Can this truly be accomplished?  Yes, it can and it will.  We are creating this new world today.  If you are working closely with Humanity’s Team, you know this to be true.  We are Spiritual Activists.  We know our destination, a compassionate and sustainable world based on Oneness.  In the world we are creating, we see the face of God/Divinity/Source everywhere we look because we know there is no “other”, We are All One.    

Our work starts with our Self, our inner work, and our life…knowing we are One, living as One, in the Here and Now.  It must begin here because people observe who we are more than what we say.  When we radiate the kindness, compassion and goodness of God/Divinity/Source, we have one level of effectiveness.  When we share articulately but without a strong sense of Self, we have another level of effectiveness.  Most of us would not claim to be at Mastery so this focus is our constant companion on the path.

Receive daily free inspirational emails.  These are incredibly uplifting and serve to re-mind us of the New Way we might look at life.

Start a Celebration of Life event in your community.  This is a short, 90 minute program, every Thursday night or at least once a month.  This venue creates an opportunity for people to EXPERIENCE and CELEBRATE Oneness and the New Spirituality near your home, IN your community.

Start a Movie Group focused on Oneness.  Many wonderful, uplifting, impactful movies are coming out and sitting down to enjoy a good movie with the company of family, friends and neighbors is a strong form of educational outreach.

This gets us started.  There are many, many things one can do.  I’ll review more projects, plans and activities in future posts.
