Releasing Fear

Most of the fears we face today are not created by external stimuli but rather are generated from within. Except for the occasional truly life-threatening fear that few of us face unless we try to climb a mountain or skydive, our fears tend to be merely internal. We are afraid of contacting certain types of people. We are afraid of confronting issues in our relationships. We are afraid to step out and speak our truth to the widest audience possible.
