Facilitators Training

While Humanity’s Team offers free instructions’ kits for self starting group’s facilitators, there is also a specialized training offered by “Imagine your Life!” Coaching Services, for those who wish to build or sharpen their facilitation skills.

The specialized training offered by “Imagine Your Life!” is delivered by Maria Ribeiro Ferreira, LEP graduate and Life Coach, who is also voluntarily serving HT as World Wide Education & Inner Work Programs Coordinator.

This program will enable facilitation of all 3 types of groups: New Spirituality Study Groups, Celebration of Life events, and Spiritual Cinema Screenings.

Training will help facilitators

  • Get an intellectual and conscious understanding of major CwG and New Spirituality concepts.
  • Share the concepts clearly, concisely and effectively, in loving and powerful ways.
  • Facilitate discussion between participants.
  • Facilitate and oversee Heart Directed time sharing.
  • Become a living example of the New Spirituality message and inspire others while facilitating groups and events, and through the contact and interaction with participants.

Training will also create

  • A safe space for inner work and growth opportunities.
  • An opportunity to interact with facilitators from all over the world, learn about different cultures and ways of life.
  • A possibility of a life transforming experience through deep understanding of New Spirituality ideas and how to apply them daily.

Execution details

  • The training will happen over the Internet through e-mails and conference calling, there is no need to travel; it is easily accessible to everyone.
  • Includes 2 x 1hr conference calls a week and written exercises.
    • Call 1- Presenting a topic for discussion, details on how to hold the space, techniques and exercises for different topics, and other specifics.
    • Call 2 – How to facilitate – “Heart directed” time
  • Duration – 2 months (total of 16 calls)
  • There will be ongoing training waves, with one starting every 2 -3 months.

Tuition fees

  • $350US/350€.
  • Participants will be given the opportunity to enter into individual payment plans.

ON GOING SUPPORT

After the training, we will offer ongoing support and guidance to the facilitators. It will be provided by “Imagine Your Life” and delivered by Maria Ribeiro Ferreira.

Will include

  • One hour monthly calls where facilitators will have the chance to ask questions on any area related to facilitating groups and events. Opportunity to share any issues/challenges faced while planning/implementing groups and suggestions will be given on how to handle these.
  • Having someone always available by e-mail to answer any questions to Humanity’s Team groups’ facilitators.
  • Monthly Heart Circle for the facilitators.
  • Mechanics and timing will be communicated separately and invitations will be sent out to everyone wishing to participate.
