Oneness Day Comments From Teammates
How may I serve?
Dear Friends,
Perhaps there has never been a time like now in modern times when there is so much challenge and change enfolding our world and our lives. You can feel the change in the roller coaster of daily news accounts. We are moving from a world civilization based on the exploitation of life to one based on the nurturing and support of life. It can leave you feeling a bit unsteady at times but at least we are moving in a healthy direction.
Transformation is never easy. We must pass through death of the old before we can give birth to the new. We are now experiencing the death of separation, exploitation, lack and limitation. Structures in the old economy are dying. This can feel emotionally painful. Many of us feel this in our neighborhoods, communities and countries, even in our own homes.
Yet, notice the seed being planted in the ground now. Increasingly there is talk of connection with God/Universe, and with each other. There is the sensation of a deep and abiding love that is our basic nature.
We are beginning to manifest more uniform health, well-being, and abundance in our daily living. We are awakening to our divine destiny, to our Oneness with God and each other. It feels good. This is the life and world we are giving birth to.
Humanity's Team is a leader in this global transformation process. Through our educational outreach and spiritual activism we are focusing on our connection with God and each other. We are sharing the timeless wisdom found in the Old & New Testament, the Quran, the Indian Vedas, the Tao, philosophy and scientific research, that we are all One, inter-related, inter-connected and inter-dependent. We see we are all a part of one loving, sacred and divine essence that is to be celebrated, nurtured and supported. This is the awakened world, the New Earth we are creating.
Now is the time to heal our planet and you can help. We invite you to join our "Yes We Can, Humanity's Team" campaign right here...right now....click here and you may read the short note that you can send and customized to like-minded friends and family so they may become familiar with our work. It will only take a few minutes and you will perhaps give a greater gift than you have ever given before.
You will give a gift that keeps on giving because it opens the door to a New Earth for our children and our children's children.
With all our love and best wishes for you and your family,
Neale Donald Walsch - Founder
Steve Farrell - Worldwide Coordinating Director

Humanity's Team Allies With Generation 21
Humanity's Team has begun a strategic alliance with an online-community builder called Generation 21, dubbed "a social portal for global change."
G21.com brings together individuals, non-profit organizations such as Humanity's Team, corporations and other groups committed to making the promise of the eight United Nations Millennium Development Goals a reality.
Other G21 partners identified as "change-makers" aligned with the millennium goals include Other G21 partners include One.org, the Alliance for a New Humanity, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Hunger Project, Free Rice, the Millennium Promise (seeking to end extreme poverty), Kiva (providing micro-loans), Pro Mujer (helping poor Latin American women), the Earth Institute at New York's Columbia University and USA Harvest.
The millennium goals - which 189 U.N. member states and at least 23 international organizations agreed in 2000 to achieve by 2015 - seek to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger, reduce child mortality rates, fight disease epidemics such as AIDS, build global partnerships for development and ensure environmental stability.
"Humanity's Team's unique role in this worldwide partnership is to be the leading voice for Oneness, which is the fundamental solution to the root cause of the challenges the member states and international organizations agreed to overcome," Humanity Team Strategic Alliances and Communications Coordinator Gerry Harrington said.
"We in Humanity's Team know that the root cause of the world's troubles is the belief in Separation and the fundamental solution to the troubles is changing the belief to the truth of our Oneness.
Separation is the illusory belief that created the cultural stories "that started the spiral going" and it is this belief that must be changed before the world will overcome the challenges in any permanent way, he said.
Humanity's Team focuses on the root cause at a personal, community and collective level. Once the root cause is removed, then the symptoms, which manifest as problems, can be eliminated.
G21 was launched in September, on the midway anniversary between the signing and intended achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
The site's founders had concluded that efforts around the world were fragmented and that what was needed was "a single, overarching communications hub and resource directory," co-founder Bronwyn Cornelius told Humanity's Team.
"There was a need for a common meeting place," she said. "G21.com is that space."
G21.com is designed to aggregate all efforts, "grassroots to corporate," and "harness the power of social networking" to bring about global change, Bronwyn said.
The Humanity's Team-G21 alliance "will advance common goals and secure common interests," Gerry said.
The first step Humanity's Team is taking to build the alliance is letting you and other teammates know about the alliance through this news story and inviting you to register, free of charge, at G21.com, Gerry said.
Humanity's Team intends to make G21.com a portal "extension" of the Humanity's Team Web site, initially creating a Humanity's Team profile page on G21.com and posting Humanity's Team news and other information there as well as on the Humanity's Team Web site.
G21 intends to give Humanity's Team "sponsorship placement" on the G21.com site and to make its members aware of the Humanity's Team mission and key projects, such as the global Oneness Day petition we intend to present to U.N. Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon next year.
"Humanity's Team realizes an alliance such as this, and others we are developing, will not simply help our efforts; it will increase everyone's individual and collective strength and progress the focus on Oneness globally," Worldwide Coordinating Director, Steve Farrell, said.
G21 co-founder Bob Webber added, "Together we are a mighty force that can truly shape what the world can look like tomorrow."
Humanity's Team Worldwide Website Now in Spanish and French
Multiple languages demonstrate our Oneness in an enormous and very tangible way. As a movement, Humanity's Team has always been proud of announcing itself as a worldwide movement. And although this was part of our Grandest Vision of HT since the beginning, there was an important piece missing: As a movement, we were not expressing our global nature in a tangible way. So we asked ourselves: How can we express our global nature tangibly? The natural answer was, through language. And what could be more tangible than getting Humanity's Team's worldwide website translated to other languages?
It was in 2005 when this vision started to take shape. The Translations Team started working that year, translating the Worldwide Newsletters every month. Although we didn't have the means or the technology available at that time, we persisted in our vision of a website that could be truly multilingual, translated by human beings who would convey the beauty of the message of Oneness that Humanity's Team was sharing with the world.
And so our work continued, and in the Global Council Meeting in Buenos Aires, Humanity's Team's Global Leadership agreed upon and signed a Declaration on Cultural Diversity, where all HT Leaders committed to increasing their awareness of cultural diversity in their own countries and in the world.
As a result of this, Humanity's Team decided to prioritize translations of the worldwide website and communications, as a way of acknowledging and expressing the cultural diversity that we embody.
We already had a team with committed volunteer translators from all over the world. But we had been lacking the technical means to make our vision of the new multilingual website a reality.
However, and as a result of our collective clarity of intention, things started to manifest. Suddenly the pieces started falling into place and the vision and work of three years has finally made it possible for Humanity's Team to announce that the worldwide website is now available also in Spanish and French.
More languages will follow, as the translations team members complete their training to use our website's multi language capability.
This means also that the translations team will increase their workload significantly, as we are going to start translating website content, videos and downloadable material, as well as the newsletter and special announcements sent to our teammates.
If you love languages, have some experience translating, and you would like to share your skills with Humanity's Team through your work with the Translations Team, please contact me at ruth.luna [at] humanitysteam [dot] org.
We would love to have more translators from English to the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Czech, Portuguese, Russian and Japanese.
And we would welcome translators to other languages too!
With Love and Gratitude,
Ruth Luna

Humanity's Team & Global Free Hugs Day
Nannette Kennedy
In Boulder, Colorado my then thirteen year old son, Casey and Steve Farrell's six year old son, Dylan grabbed their signs and opened their arms to offer and receive Free Hugs. The peaceful and radiant smiles of these two boys said what no words can say. These smiles revealed absolute hope and genuine Oneness. All of our children teach us to remember Who We Really Are.
I want to underscore the critical importance of involving our children (watch video Free Hugs - Kid Style) in Spiritual activism with the visual poetry of photographs from around the world on Oct 19th Global Free Hugs Day:
We teach our children; our children teach us and the rest of the earth, helping in the creation of a new earth.
As we stand at the precipice of really changing this planet, awakening the world to Oneness, The Free Hugs campaign is an enormous opportunity to show, by example, what Oneness is . When you have your arms held high, holding a Free Hugs sign, you have opened your heart to All; the children, the aged, the healthy, the sick, white, black, Latino, Asian, Indian, all peoples, all nations - All are embraced - this is Oneness demonstrated.
Anna-Mari Pieterse South-Africa's Humanity's Team Country Coordinator says about Free Hugs in South Africa, "Being in the cradle of mankind car-ries the idea of Oneness and Love deep in her psyche! This is the "stuff" that as Eckhart Tolle explains so eloquently; there is no language for. No wonder then that all it takes is a hug, a look deep into the eyes of another, a simple drawing of a circle with a stick in the dust for the heart to light up! It is the one thing that we all agree on, that unites us all!
Other HT teammates Free Hugging in this event included, Helen Layton, John David Kirby, Alwyn van den Berg and Juanita Human, South Africa , Randall Woods, San Marcos, Texas; Steve Farrell, Nannette Kennedy, Deepika Avanti, Boulder, Colorado.
