The Feminine Enlightenment

Bild von Oneness Blogger

Enlightenment is the embodiment of love, wisdom and understanding.

The feminine enlightenment is the place in love where nurture lives, the place in wisdom where deep compassion lives, and the part of understanding that is shared through the still, silent place of knowing that lives within us.

The Yin is the well of nourishment, grounded, serene, stable, receptive, nurturing, enfolding. It is the soft black place where our deepest thoughts and intentions are born and encouraged, and the spark of inspiration and movement lives.

Collective Consciousness

Bild von Oneness Blogger

With more and more people talking about collective consciousness, it seems natural to wonder, Is there any scientific research to back it up? The answer, increasingly, appears to be “yes.” In fact, a growing body of recent research suggests not only that a field of awareness and intelligence exists between human beings but also that through it we influence each other in powerful ways.

What is an underlying question that gives form to your work or interest in this field?

What are the individual and collective practices that develop the human capacities and character qualities that are required to build collective wisdom and a passion to effectively serve the common good?

Gratitude

Bild von Oneness Blogger

Your body loves gratitude! Not a superficial "oh gee, thanks" but a deep, heart-connected appreciation that carries love and acceptance from a place of higher consciousness and well-being.

Your body loves it because it washes away the biochemistry of stress and insufficiency and replaces it with the alchemy of flow and emotional warmth. The resonance from gratefulness warms both the giver and receiver; it generates a field of appreciation sometimes referred to as limbic resonance. In the field of appreciation, we create a healing and reviving antidote to psycho-toxins such as "I don't have time," "I don't have enough," or "I am drained."

Each trickle of gratitude blesses us with its affirmation that we have all we need in consciousness itself to gather our strength and honor life. Each stream of gratitude clears out the corrosive toxins of stress and anxiety in your body and becomes a gift to yourself and to others.

We can be grateful that we are here in this time of earth challenges with an unquenchable sense of hope and with a steadfast belief in our human capacity to heal, to renew and even to go beyond what seemed our most persistent limitations.

So I say let the gratitude flow. We are ready for the challenges that exist now and that lie ahead. Let these great rivers of our deepest intention flow towards a polarized and distracted world and cleanse it with the power of love. We come from all races, all creeds, all socio-political backgrounds with one unifying feeling of gratitude for life, for consciousness, and for a new evolutionary path forward. We come with gratitude for every being that came before us. We have been given an epic moment in the journey of life on earth to bring our greatest scientific knowledge together with our deepest spiritual insight to change the course of history. If you ever thought you were insignificant, consider how you are now needed in this great shift. And be grateful that you were given such a role and such a time to live in.

Thank you, thank you for what each one of you does to step up and to raise the consciousness of the citizens of this world. Thank you for feeding these great rivers. Thank you for being you.

In gratitude,

We Are All Human Beings

Bild von Oneness Blogger

"As a matter of observation, how people treat their fellow human beings, and indeed the world around them, largely depends on how they conceive of themselves. We all have many different ways of seeing "who we are," and these different views influence our behavior. For instance, we may consider ourselves in terms of gender as men or women, or as followers of this or that religion, or as members of this or that race or nationality. We may think or ourselves in terms of family--as a father or a mother, for instance. We may also identify with our occupation, our level of education, or our achievements. Depending on which perspective we take, we raise different expectations of ourselves. And this in turn affects our behavior, including our treatment of other people.

Everyone has his or her own separate identity. Because of this, it is of primary importance, in any attempt to develop a genuinely universal approach to ethics, to have a clear understanding of what unites us all, namely our common humanity. We are all human, all seven billion of us. In this respect we are all one hundred percent the same"

-His Holiness the Dalai Lama

What are You Attending to Today?

Bild von Oneness Blogger

Where we put our attention is important. What we put our attention on is energized and enlivened. The qualities of ourselves that we put our attention on are energized and enlivened in our world. The qualities of others that we put our attention on are energized and enlivened in the world that we share with them.

What qualities of yourself, other, and the world are you paying the most attention to? Know that where your attention goes, energy flows. Your attention is like an open circuit to a light bulb. Where your attention goes, those lights come on.

It is equally important that we don't hide things in the dark. We simply acknowledge them and turn our attention elsewhere. In some circumstances, the elsewhere that we want to turn our attention to is the solution, rather than fussing, fighting, and focusing on the problem.

Today, be mindful of where your attention goes. Seek out those things that you would like to see flourish, and put your attention there.

Global Anthem

Bild von Oneness Blogger
We are One People
Coming from a love that never ends
We are infinite family
Eternal friends
It never ends
Eternal friends
It never ends

We are One Spirit
Higher than the moon and every star
Love is what we're made of
Love is what we are
What we are
What we are
Love is what we are

We are one Planet
Shining through a dark and empty space
Filling the silence with friendship
For every face
We have a place
For every face
There is a space

We are one People
We are One

The Endless Knot

Bild von Oneness Blogger

"At the same time, even from the most coldly intellectual point of view, it becomes clearer and clearer that we do not live in a divided world. The harsh divisions of spirit and nature, mind and body, subject and object, controller and controlled are seen more and more to be awkward conventions of language. These are misleading and clumsy terms for describing a world in which all events seem to be mutually interdependent--an immense complexity of subtly balanced relationships which, like an endless knot, has no loose end from which it can be untangled and put in supposed order."

"But the important point is that a world of interdependent relationships, where things are intelligible only in terms of each other, is a seamless unity. In such a world it is impossible to consider man apart from nature, as an exiled spirit which controls this world by having its roots in another. Man is himself a loop in the endless knot, and as he pulls in one direction he finds that he is pulled from another..." ~Alan Watts

Optimism Requires Courage

Bild von Oneness Blogger

Optimism requires courage.

And optimism is rooted in action. It does not sit by and complain about what others are or are not doing, but rather takes action that makes a difference. Thus, optimism is self encouraging, as it can see the difference it makes and is compelled to continue doing so!

"Before you go to sleep, take five slow deep breaths. Allow an image of yourself to come into your awareness where you are thriving, laughing, and feeling grateful. Breathe it into every cell of your body. And remember, the person you see belongs to you."   ~~Debbie Ford

Raising Consciousness

Bild von Oneness Blogger

So what is the CAUSE of the unbearable pain Humanity has been experiencing for so very long?

The CAUSE of ALL of the maladies existing on Earth is Humanity's distorted and fragmented consciousness based in separation and duality.

This consciousness is the antithesis of Christ Consciousness. It is the opposite of the patterns of Oneness, Divine Love, and Reverence for Life that are encoded within the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

When every person on Earth has completed his or her Awakening into Christ Consciousness, we will all know that it is impossible to harm any part of Life without harming ourselves and every other facet of Life. With that realization, we will consciously and deliberately operate from the heart space of Oneness and Love. We will open our hearts and minds to the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, and we will find viable, win-win solutions for every situation or challenge.

We are Connected

Bild von Oneness Blogger

At this weekend's "Embodied-Mind Performance" seminar in Perth, Australia, with Rodney King and James Woodfield-Jones, I talked about the fact that everything is connected to everything else.

Quantum physics confirms it. Logic proves it. Think about it:

If I'm separate from you (or from anyone or anything), that means SOMETHING IS BETWEEN US (it could be other people, concrete, metal, wood, rope, continents, oceans, air . . . space itself). It makes no difference because . . .

If something is between us, then whatever is between us must be connecting us. Right?

In other words, WHATEVER SEPARATES US, CONNECT US!

On the other hand, if NOTHING is between us, then nothing is separating us, and that means we are together. WE ARE CONNECTED.

So you see, whether something separates us or not . . .

WE ARE ALWAYS CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING.
