Are you present?

Do we look at some future date for salvation or this is it.If there is no time,(even Einstien said that the linear time we believe in really does not exist),so all we have is NOW.Let us just open our eyes,live fully and completly in this moment,for it is all we have.The mind likes to cling to the past-which leads to desires,sorrow,repentence-all nagative feelings or it goes to the future.Only when we are out of the mind and in this moment,can we truly live in it.When we are totally present,there is joy in the heart,that joy which does not depend on any outward circumstance.So ,are you present?
