SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT: I Release My Old Patterns

Today is the day I step up to the plate and start anew.  I know that I am a part of something so big, so wonderful, I can barely comprehend It’s power.  I know there is only One Infinite Intelligence, and I claim my part in It now.
 
I release and let go of my old ways of thinking.  My negative thoughts, ideas and beliefs about myself, about my life, about everything that has happened to me.  I look at it with new eyes, Divine eyes and I see the truth.  All the time, in every moment, there was always Love.  There was always Support.  It was simply waiting for me to open to it.
 
Well, I am ready now.  I claim my birthright, I claim my life!  I no longer walk in the valley of despair, I leave all that baggage behind and I walk free and clear into the Light.

I am Infinitely blessed today.  I walk on the red carpet of life.  I lift my head high and breathe deeply, catching each glorious moment before me.  I smile with contentment, joy and everlasting peace.

And So It Is!
