i have been reading tomorrows god

i have been having a hard time with me realy getting what iam with quatim physics conversations with god i knew since i was 21 that god dwells within in me as me i got that during a meditation before i read any book like these saying the same thing but realy grasping that as a mental pic of what that means im still searching for has anyone realy grasped what that means and can exsplain to me what they think it means?
