Affordable and Sustainable Urban Housing

I live in Phoenix.  I have joined an urban organic gardening group. This group even has back yard chicken coups and edible landscaping.  I also belong to their permaculture group.  Permaculture is inviting birds and other native animals to share your space by planting native food, they like to eat as well.  My small problem. I live in an apartment complex.  I am looking to invest in a 20 unit apartment building.  From there we hope to collectively make it green in every way.  If you are single or a young couple and want to invest please get in touch with me.
