About Humanity's Team

Humanity’s Team is a global organization whose focus is helping people throughout the world awaken and embody their deeper Self and the interconnectedness—or Oneness—of everything in the Universe.

Everything we do and provide as a nonprofit organization—the PACE Initiative, our free programs, Masterclasses, the Global Oneness Summit, communications, free resources, world regions activity, social media, conscious social network, and community participation outside of our organization—is for one purpose and that is to support people on their conscious journey so that we may create a sustainable earth and flourishing at every level of life.

Our mission is to make conscious living pervasive worldwide by 2040, and we invite you to work with us to pick up the PACE. This is a large lift, but if we work together it is achievable.

  • PACE: Planetary Awakening, Conscious Evolution

It’s Time to Pick Up the PACE!

Humanity’s Team was founded in 2003 on a profound vision: manifest planetary awakening in just a single generation. And while we have come a long way toward achieving the fullness of that vision since then, we have not yet achieved true, planetary awakening.

Both individually and collectively, there is more work to be done to realize the ultimate reality of unified intelligence, unified understanding, and unified expression that is the next stage of human evolution. To help humankind achieve this vital next level of our evolution, Humanity’s Team is excited to introduce...

    PACE: Planetary Awakening, Conscious Evolution

In response to the dangerous environmental challenges affecting human health and the Earth’s ecosystems, we’ve created PACE in an effort to shift away from the careless behaviors that are contributing to our devolution and replace them with conscious practices that elevate us both individually and collectively.

The journey is not one of distance or of actually becoming something else; it is simply about fully realizing what has always been true. It is a journey from subconscious to supraconscious, and thus involves the raising of consciousness to a higher state, a larger awareness of Life, a grander experience of Self, and a profound connection to the Divine nature of the Universe.

During this process, the awareness of the Unity of all of life seeps into your being at the deepest level, and this expanded awareness then becomes part of your subconscious, is made manifest in your superconscious, and is then expressed in your supraconscious as all of Life itself.

You experience everything, including yourself, as being alive and part of a larger whole, a larger lifeform, as a little self that is part of a big self.

In this Universal Realization, “Serve Life First” will be the motto, our personal and collective credo.

We now have a clear yet evolving vision of the PACE initiative—a 20-year plan to ensure we reach bold but critical goals that will largely come to fruition through our partnerships with other conscious organizations and individuals worldwide, as well as through our breakthrough Humanity Stream Plus subscription service.

We are developing original, high-quality conscious content and making it available through the streaming subscription service to people in every region of the world, in every country, and every community, and on every platform: pc, remote devices, TV, audio, and text.

Your support of PACE’s mission is welcomed and these are just a few ideas for how you can help to pick up the pace: 1. Volunteer some of your time in a fitting and fulfilling role to help us achieve PACE goals and objectives. 2. Financially contribute to Humanity’s Team with a one-time or recurring donation. 3. Become a Humanity Stream Plus subscriber as a means of nurturing your own awakening and conscious journey.

We invite you to join us and other thought leaders in our sprint to the “finish line” where we all win together. Let’s work together to make conscious living pervasive worldwide by 2040 and gift ourselves and future generations with the experience of a truly peaceful, meaningful, and loving world where all beings are living in harmony with one another and nature.

  • More about Humanity's Team

Humanity’s Team was co-founded in 2003 by Steve Farrell and Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God. The following year, Steve became the Chairman and Worldwide Executive Director and worked with a small team to form the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that Humanity’s Team is today—an organization comprised of Volunteers, Country Coordinators, and Country Contacts around the world, as well as a highly motivated and committed core team.

Humanity’s Team is a spiritual organization that boldly and sincerely communicates the message of Oneness, conscious awareness, and Divine Nature. Oneness is understood and seen in terms of conscious relationship with ourselves, with one another, with humanity, with the animal kingdom, with the Earth, and with the entire Universe.

By our willingness to live in this state of beingness, attitudes such as “Be kind not right,” “Give rather than take,” “Say yes instead of no,” and “He's my brother (or sister or neighbor)” are brought forth, and the team, the collective, the whole is honored, seen, and loved.

Humanity’s Team, based in Boulder, Colorado—with team members working remotely from their homes and offices all over the world—models and encourages an awakened worldview that reveals the bridge of Truth between new science and ancient and modern spiritual teachings.

A willingness to live from the knowing that we are interconnected, inter-dependent, eternal beings, brings healing, peace, harmony, and love to ourselves, to one another, to the planet, and to all of Life.

Humanity’s Team is the #1 Global Non-profit in Transformational Education, and an international spiritual movement. Being a non-profit, there is no focus on growing profits or satisfying shareholders, and 100% of all revenue goes toward supporting our work to try to create a better world for all and manifest flourishing at every level of life.

  • History

Humanity's Team was founded on Steve's and Neale's held vision of a world free of outdated and limiting beliefs about the Divine, one another, nature, and all of life.  By living in this Divine Being state, we truly experience—and thus share—unity and Oneness.

Our first general meeting—a 3-day conference at a retreat center near Portland, Oregon, in June of 2003—attracted nearly 1,000 people from six continents. Since then, Humanity's Team has grown into an active, coordinated, and diverse global movement with volunteers operating on-the-ground humanitarian projects in over 42 countries.

At our 2008 Global Council meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, we adopted a Declaration on Cultural Diversity. A few years later, we created a Oneness Declaration, and in 2015 we crafted a Conscious Business Declaration.

In 2021, we launched PACE—Planetary Awakening, Conscious Evolution—a project involving bold but necessary plans for the world over the next 20 years to bring human action into alignment with the profound understanding that the foundational truth of the Universe is that We Are All One.

These bold steps into Oneness continue to this day as we focus on supporting people on their conscious journey, creating planetary awakening, and manifesting flourishing at every level of life. To assist others in developing these same skills for themselves, Humanity's Team provides complimentary online video programs,  full Masterclass courses, a Global Oneness Summit, the humanitys.team conscious social network, and many other forms of global outreach.

Steve Farrell

Steve Farrell is co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity's Team, a non-profit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. The organization is focused on helping people throughout the world awaken to their deeper Self and the interconnectedness of everything in the Universe.

In the 1990s, years before Steve became involved with Humanity's Team, he co-founded and led two high growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley that were featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. During this period of his life, he was an officer in the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization.

By all accounts, Steve was living the "good life." But when he felt a calling to play an active role in creating a consciousness movement that could help people across the globe connect more deeply with the Divine Truth of Oneness, and also consciously participate in creating a flourishing and awakened world, Steve followed his heart and left the "American Dream" behind.

What he found is the story of Humanity's Team. Steve is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and lives in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife Stephanie, their two teenage children, and their dog Sadie.

In 2019, Kristina wrote her first children’s book, WE ALL HAVE A SUPERPOWER, and is currently working on several others; all designed to help today’s children find the spark inside that makes them extraordinary.

When the Covid pandemic hit, Kristina was led to pursue her spiritual practices and her need to be of service to humanity in some new and meaningful ways. Finding Humanity’s Team enabled Kristina to find a perfect way to contribute, combining her writing talents with her own personal vision for the future.

When the pandemic began, the company she was working for closed, and her primary focus became taking care of her young daughter. After months of soul searching, she became friends with another employee at Humanity's Team by happenstance, and shortly after that the graphics position became available.

Bianca now spends her days working on creative and uplifting designs for Humanity's Team, taking care of her family, and creating YouTube videos in her spare time.
