Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before beginning his now famous conversation with God. His With God series of books has been translated into 34 languages, touching millions of lives and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives.

In addition to authoring the renowned With God series, Neale has published 16 other works, as well as a number of video and audio programs. Available throughout the world, each of the CwG dialogue books has made the New York Times Bestseller list, Conversations with God-Book 1 occupying that list for over two and half years.

The With God Series has redefined God and shifted spiritual paradigms around the globe. In order to deal with the enormous response to his writings, Neale created several non-profit organizations dedicated to inspiring the world to help itself move from violence to peace, from confusion to clarity, and from anger to love.  One of those is Humanity's Team.

Steve Farrell has been the Worldwide Coordinating Director for Humanity's Team since early 2004.

I was a technology entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley in the mid-1990’s when through a sequence of events, including the death of my sister, I decided to sell the companies I was involved with to focus on a spiritual path.  At this time I came to know Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God material.  I helped him with some of his ventures and a few years later, offered my assistance in the planning and launch of Humanity's Team.  Shortly after Humanity's Team was founded in mid-2003 I was asked by Neale to lead Humanity's Team and in early 2004 I became the Worldwide Coordinating Director.  At this time, I led a team of people from around the world in creating a non-profit organization, a governance structure, and programs and plans to awaken and embody Oneness on the Earth so humanity may enjoy a sustainable world of peace, harmony and happiness.  Humanity's Team is now governed by a Council of Trustees, a Worldwide Coordinating Director, a Core Team and a Global Council composed of leaders from around the world.

Humanity's Team presently has over 60,000 teammates in over 150 countries and provides resources for personal transformation, starts groups in communities focused on embodying Oneness in our daily life, creates educational programs and engages in Sacred Activism.  Sacred Activism projects include monthly programs focused on living in Oneness and helping people and the environment, and an annual program focused on Global Oneness Day, October 24th.  

Humanity's Team is presently collaborating with many organizations worldwide to build Global Oneness Day into something resembling Earth Day.  Before 1970, when Earth Day was first created, there was little focus on the environment.  Today, many people in many parts of the world honor and support the environment each day of the year.  Similarly, Humanity's Team has created one day each year when humanity acknowledges, honors and celebrates our Oneness so in the not too distant future humanity may live as One each and every day.

In 2007, my family and I relocated from Northern California to Boulder, Colorado where Humanity's Team is now based.  I am married to Stephanie Monroe Farrell and have two children, Dylan 8, and Sophia, 5.

My desire is for people to become connected with their own inner truth and, if it resonates, to come to know themselves as a part of the Sacred and Divine that is resident in all of Life.

Claudia Christine Pieper has been with Humanity's Team ever since the kick-off meeting in 2003. Prior to this movement, she founded a European spiritual association around the essence of the Conversation with God series which eventually merged with Humanity's Team. In addition to her participation in the Worldwide Team as the World Regions Coordinator and to her role as Country Coordinator for Germany, Claudia Christine has been pursuing the networking of the European teams in our organization and coordinates the activities for Europe. She has been counseling the development of teams in other countries, making her comprehensive knowledge and organizational talent available, e.g. by facilitating workshops for European teams in their respective home countries. It is in these areas that she has proven again and again her special skills for building bridges from national interests of the individual countries and the teams in these countries to a coordinated approach of the movement as a whole.

Claudia Christine is living in Hamburg, Germany. She has two adult children and an inspiring partner who is also involved in Humanity's Team.
