I awoke this morning to the very much loved rubbings and purrings from my feline companion, Gordon. Normally I don't love being awakened early from my slumber, but Gordon had been gone for a few days and we were so happy to see him back that his silly antics brought a smile to my face.

Well, its finally here, Message One Media is being born. Yesterday, I created the best business plan I have ever done, even over my own business, and today I am learning how to breath life into it.

Setting my intentions..

Today, I am setting my intentions for Saturday's Earth Fest booth. I want to start by reminding myself just how the idea for my booth came to be. I was sitting at my computer (not sure what I was reading) and listening to some meditation music which puts my brain waves into a Theta pattern. After about 1 1/2 hours of this I can become quite connected to Source and it was during this time that I was struck with the inspiration.

So I just returned home from a very remarkable
walk!  This afternoon, I walked to my daughters' school to pick them
up. I'm walking because my vehicle is being repaired and my bike tire
(conveniently enough) was flat. So, I'm walking to the school and
really getting into the sun, and wind, and the whole Spring Fling
feeling that flows through my veins this time of year...
