Q: I changed my mind. Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: When you place an order, you have 30 days to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. To cancel an order, please provide the details concerning the membership you’d like to cancel. To cancel or upgrade your membership to an Annual or Lifetime membership, contact our customer service team.
