Conscious Business Training Producer
Facilitate the entire training program, including live virtual sessions as well as managing pre- and post-training tasks. Starts week of April 10; training available immediately. Find out more

Community of Practice Moderator Assistant
Assist Community of Practice (CoP) moderators as they host sessions via our Zoom videoconference platform. Starts immediately. Find out more

Conscious Business Training Producer
Facilitate the entire training program, including live virtual sessions as well as managing the pre- and post-training tasks. Enjoy the excitement of a live production environment and the satisfaction that comes with troubleshooting and solving others’ issues in a virtual environment.
 
Responsibilities
— Work 1-on-1 with world-renowned lecturers to pre-record lectures and prepare materials
— Organize and prepare existing course descriptions, bios, pictures, documents, etc. and ensure the course catalog is up to date.
— Run Zoom video conference platform during training sessions
— Facilitate discussion between instructors and students, including monitoring student chat discussions, and assisting session leader as needed.
— Convert recording and upload session for replay.
— May supervise others.
 
Requirements
— Availability on Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:45-10:45 a.m. Pacific.
— Your own computer, high-speed Internet access, and comfort operating in a virtual environment.
— Minimum six months experience working in a virtual training environment.

You will receive training on how to complete all these tasks. We are hoping to recruit a team of 3-5 people to share this role. Whether you would like to lead the team, or just join as a member, this is a great way to support Conscious Business.
Conscious Business Training Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities
— Coordinate with training producer on training schedule and desired content
— Update templates from previous emails sent via Infusionsoft, our CRM system.

Requirements
— Regular availability to prepare and schedule e-mails in Infusionsoft
— Your own computer, high-speed Internet access, and comfort operating in a virtual environment.

This position starts in early April and the hours are flexible, approximately 2 hours per week after you are trained on using Infusionsoft to send e-mail.
Conscious Business Instructor Liaison

   
Work 1-on-1 with world-renowned lecturers. Schedule them to pre-record their lectures, using our program’s video recording system.

Responsibilities
— Under the supervision of the training producer, schedule our training instructors to record their lectures.
— Record instructor lectures, using our program’s video recording system.
— Save the recorded files to our video library.

Requirements
— Regular availability to schedule and facilitate pre-records. Time commitment per week will depend on how many pre-records you schedule. This could be spread out and you may do 1-2 a week. This work starts in May.
— Your own computer, high-speed Internet access, and comfort operating in a virtual environment.

 You will receive training on how to use the recording system and save the recorded files to our video library.
Conscious Business Course Catalog Coordinator
   


Keep the shine on our course catalog. Organize and update existing course descriptions, bios, pictures, documents, etc. from our world-renowned lecturers.

Responsibilities
— Organize and prepare existing course descriptions, bios, pictures, documents, etc. from our world-renowned lecturers. Estimated time commitment: up to five hours pre-filling course catalog.
— Receive approval from lecturers for their course description and follow up to ensure the catalog is up to date. Estimated time commitment: between 30-60 mins per day once instructors are sent catalog forms.
— Serve as lecturers’ contact, assisting them when they get stuck or have questions.

Requirements
— Regular availability to check e-mail and stay in contact with instructors.
— Your own computer, high-speed Internet access, and comfort with operating online. Position starts in early May. Time commitment will be greatest in the first few weeks of this project, and 1-2 hours thereafter until project completion.
Participant Care Coordinator
   


Serve our Community of Practice membership, gaining satisfaction troubleshooting and resolving members’ technical issues.

Responsibilities
— Interact with community members, assisting with their onboarding
— Answering questions about our online learning systems.

Requirements
— Skill at troubleshooting technical issues
— Your own computer, high-speed Internet access, and comfort with operating online.
Position available immediately! This role is eligible for a service trade contract. Includes supporting Community of Practice, Training and Conscious Business Change Agent certification.

If you are new to the Conscious Business Initiative, it is made up of three key parts:

The first part, the Conscious Business Declaration, articulates the seven essential principles to define a new standard for businesses that will dramatically increase economic prosperity while healing the environment and improving human wellbeing.

The second part, Conscious Business Training and Certification, puts the Declaration into action by teaching people how to institute a conscious business model.

The third part, the Conscious Business Community of Practice, is a vibrant community of business transformation practitioners. The Conscious Business Community of Practice promotes conscious activism in business.
