People new to Humanity’s Team often ask about the nature of the problem our movement addresses and what we do to address it: “Why was the movement created in the first place?” they ask, and: “How does Humanity’s Team heal the problem?”
Let’s take a moment to consider these questions because they are important. This all has to do with illusion…the illusion that we are separate from God and each other, the illusion that duality exists, and the illusion that we are born into the world with “lack” and “limitation”.

Human Rights are a big topic of conversation these days. The war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the situation in China including the Tibetan region, and the military conflict in the Darfur region of western Sudan are some of the more striking examples of Human Rights violations. It is incomprehensible how human life is treated in these countries.

Humanity’s Team was organized from the beginning as a movement, not as a program, activity or initiative.
Movements form in response to chronic and acute problems creating dysfunctional living. They are generally formed in response to massive problems that have far reaching consequences, touching many lives.

We are a little over four years old now and we are right where we want to be.
Neale Donald Walsch launched Humanity’s Team in June, 2003 and since that time a leadership group from around the world has come together to create a global grassroots spiritual movement. Together, we’ve created a beautiful thing. It is true.
