TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY, WE WILL:

1. Courageously serve the big agenda: awakening ourselves and the world to Oneness .
2. Be humble and embody the spirit of “servant leadership.”
3. Commit to personal transformation: education , daily inner practice, and personal growth.
4. Live life as One with the Divine and all of life (follow the 5 Steps to Peace).
5. Co-create with Humanity’s Team colleagues by deeply listening for inner guidance and feeling what is seeking to emerge.
6. Have clear intentions, take the initiative and be willing to take on additional responsibilities if teammates struggle to fulfill their commitments.
7. Build a positive team through love, honesty, trust, communication, support, harmony, respect & fun in all relationships.
8. Do more with less, and trust the Divine provides us with all that we need to fulfill our clear purposeful intentions.
9. Invite, inspire, involve, and mentor those who want to live as One and contribute to Humanity’s Team.
10. And, If ever our ideas don’t align with the leadership team consensus, we agree to accept the decision and support it in the spirit of Oneness, or gracefully resign.

Council members committed to changing the way they thought and acted to increase their awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences, and to build cultural diversity and inclusiveness into everything they do.

The first action the council took after agreeing on the declaration was to form a cultural-diversity task team, initially focusing on translation issues, to promote the inclusion of other languages in the creation of worldwide initiatives .

One of the most far-reaching decisions the Humanity's Team Global Council made during its 2008 annual meeting in Buenos Aires was to adopt a Declaration of Cultural Diversity.

The declaration, signed by each Global Council member in attendance May 21, 2008 stated:

"I commit to increasing my consciousness of cultural diversity, within my own country as well as around the world, so that my Humanity's Team work and that of my teammates reflect this consciousness. This consciousness includes respect for cultural differences such as language, dress and traditions, the ways societies organize themselves, their values and religions, and the ways they interact with the environment."

I declare that… 

1. The idea that “We are all one—interrelated, interconnected, and interdependent with God, Life, and one another” is the spiritual message the world has been waiting for to bring about loving and sustainable answers to humanity’s challenges.

2. The world does not have to be the way it is, and individual people can change it, using the power of spiritual citizenship.

3. Humanity is inherently good and has unlimited potential, and social transformation starts with personal transformation. I recognize the importance of connecting with my Divine Essence and inner wisdom throughout my life’s journey, allowing the finest and the highest levels of human potential to flourish in me for the benefit of all.

4. My aspirations will support the spiritual principles, global ethics, and universal values such as respect, justice, peace, dignity, freedom, responsibility, and cooperation that are the foundation of this declaration.

5. Since human beings need one another to survive on this planet, I recognize that we are all in this together and that our larger community flourishes as we learn about one another and revel in the wonder and beauty of our diversities. I am doing my part in helping to bring about a culture in which the peoples of the world can address our common global concerns in a holistic, positive, and transformative way, and live together in peace.

6. Since Oneness contains all of Life, including the things we perceive as being “other” than us, I realize that wholeness and togetherness can only be experienced through the recognition of the uniqueness, beauty, and purpose of all aspects of Life, and that this recognition starts with how I see my Self.

7. I am part of the emerging consciousness that promotes a spirit of openness, inquiry, connection, and relationship with myself and the entire Universe, and continues to recognize the wonder, beauty, and mystery of it all.

8.       I support the Global Oneness Summit, the annual event established for all of humanity to come together as one family, to discuss, celebrate, and experience Oneness with the Divine, one another, and all of Life.

9. The time for change is now and I am ready to be the change I want to see in the world.

A New Standard for Business in the 21st Century

Declaration created in colaboration with The Club of Budapest, The Goi Peace Foundation and Case Western University's Business as an Agent of World Benefit program.

As a global community of business leaders we are committed to developing the awareness and skills needed to consciously evolve our organizations in alignment with these principles: 

• We Are One with humanity and all of life. Business and all institutions of the human community are integral parts of a single reality — interrelated, interconnected and interdependent.
• In line with this reality, the purpose of Business is to increase economic prosperity while contributing to a healthy environment and improving human wellbeing.
• Business must go beyond sustainability and the philosophy of “do no harm” to restoring the self-renewing integrity of the Earth.
• Business must operate with economic, social, and ecological transparency.
• Business must behave as a positive and proactive member of the local and global communities in which it operates.
• Business that sees, honors, and celebrates the essential interconnected nature of all human beings and all life maximizes human potential and helps create a world that works for all.
