Humanity’s Team empowers people worldwide to awaken to Oneness, embody conscious living, and co-create a sustainable, flourishing Earth for all.
We envision a world where humanity recognizes our Oneness and lives from it—where individuals, communities, businesses, and nations act in conscious relationship with one another and the Earth. In this world, separation gives way to belonging, fear to compassion, and exploitation to regeneration.
Through the widespread practice of conscious living, humanity reaches a tipping point that heals divisions, restores the planet, aligns economic systems with life, and ensures that all people and all beings can thrive together in a just, peaceful, and flourishing Earth by 2040 and beyond.
How We Advance Conscious Living
At the heart of this work is Humanity Stream+, our global digital sanctuary where people gather to learn, grow, and practice conscious living with one another.
Humanity's Team brings people together from around the world to learn, practice, and apply conscious living in everyday life, helping individuals and communities translate awareness into action through education, connection, and shared learning experiences.
Our work includes:
- Global education programs — Events, summits, masterclasses, and learning experiences exploring consciousness, personal transformation, resilience, and human potential. Many are offered at no charge.
- Humanity Stream+ — A member-supported digital sanctuary offering transformational content, teachings, live gatherings, and community connection for people committed to conscious living.
- Community and global collaboration — Local and global initiatives where people come together to learn, grow, connect, and support one another.
- Free global programs and scholarships — Initiatives that expand access to conscious living education worldwide, including scholarships and outreach to underserved communities through our One-for-One model.

Our Story
Humanity's Team was co-founded in 2003 by Steve Farrell and Neale Donald Walsch, author of the internationally bestselling Conversations with God series, from a shared vision of a world beyond separation — where humanity recognizes our deeper unity with one another, with nature, and with life itself.
Rooted in the understanding of Oneness, Humanity's Team was created to help people live from a deeper awareness — an awakened way of being that naturally expresses compassion, cooperation, and care for all life.
In 2004, Steve Farrell became Chairman and Worldwide Executive Director and worked with a small, dedicated team to establish Humanity's Team as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. What began as a bold vision quickly became a global movement. Humanity's Team's first international gathering — a three-day conference near Portland, Oregon — brought together nearly 1,000 participants from six continents, revealing the deep resonance of this message around the world.
Over the years, Humanity's Team has grown into an active international network supporting consciousness-based initiatives in more than 65 countries.
Key milestones in this journey include:
- The creation of the Oneness Declaration, later presented to the United Nations
- The launch of Global Oneness Day and the Global Oneness Summit, bringing together leading voices in science, spirituality, and social transformation
- The development of the Conscious Business Declaration in collaboration with The Club of Budapest, The Goi Peace Foundation, and Case Western Reserve University's Business as an Agent of World Benefit program
- The creation of Humanity Stream+, a global digital sanctuary offering transformational education and community connection
Today, Humanity's Team continues to advance the global conscious-living movement by bringing practical tools, education, and community to people around the world. Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, the organization works with team members, volunteers, and community leaders across the globe.

Supporters and members help fund free global programs, educational initiatives, and leadership development efforts around the world. Through our One-for-One scholarship model, participation in our programs helps extend these opportunities to individuals and communities that might not otherwise have access.
