OUR VISION
We envision a world where humanity recognizes our Oneness and lives from it—where individuals, communities, businesses, and nations act in conscious relationship with one another and the Earth. In this world, separation gives way to belonging, fear to compassion, and exploitation to regeneration.
Through the widespread practice of conscious living, humanity reaches a tipping point that heals divisions, restores the planet, aligns economic systems with life, and ensures that all people and all beings can thrive together in a just, peaceful, and flourishing Earth by 2040 and beyond.
The Story of Humanity’s Team
Humanity’s Team was co-founded in 2003 by Steve Farrell and Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God series, from a shared vision of a world free from outdated and limiting beliefs about the Divine, one another, nature, and life itself. Rooted in the understanding of Oneness, Humanity’s Team was created to support humanity in living from our true nature—an awakened, unified state of being that naturally expresses compassion, cooperation, and care for all life.
In 2004, Steve Farrell became Chairman and Worldwide Executive Director and worked with a small, dedicated team to establish Humanity’s Team as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. What began as a bold vision quickly became a global movement powered by volunteers, country coordinators, and a committed core team. Humanity’s Team’s first general meeting—a three-day conference near Portland, Oregon—drew nearly 1,000 participants from six continents, signaling the deep global resonance of its message.
Over the years, Humanity’s Team has grown into an active and diverse international network, supporting humanitarian and consciousness-based initiatives in more than 65 countries. In 2008, at its Global Council meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Humanity’s Team adopted a Declaration on Cultural Diversity. This was followed by the creation of the Oneness Declaration, later presented to the United Nations, and the launch of Global Oneness Day and the Global Oneness Summit—events that bring together leading voices in science, spirituality, and social transformation.
In 2015, Humanity’s Team expanded its impact into the economic sphere with the creation of the Conscious Business Declaration, developed in collaboration with The Club of Budapest, The Goi Peace Foundation, and Case Western University’s Business as an Agent of World Benefit program. This declaration has since been embraced by businesses around the world, helping align commerce with values that support people, planet, and shared prosperity.
In 2021, Humanity’s Team clarified its vision as “Changing Humanity’s Future” to communicate our goal of bringing conscious living into the mainstream by 2040. This work continues through global education, community building, and outreach—most notably through Humanity Stream+, a revolutionary streaming platform offering transformational content and a vibrant online community dedicated to conscious evolution and planetary awakening.
Through free global events, masterclasses, summits, and ongoing humanitarian engagement, Humanity’s Team remains committed to empowering people everywhere to awaken to Oneness and co-create a flourishing Earth for present and future generations.
These bold steps into Oneness continue to this day as we focus on supporting people on their conscious journey, creating planetary awakening, and manifesting flourishing at every level of life. The pinnacle of this movement is our revolutionary streaming platform for transformational education called Humanity Stream+. This subscription service offers extensive streaming content and a private online community where members are already engaging in deep discussions around conscious evolution and the planetary awakening.
