Before co-founding Humanity's Team, Steve was a successful entrepreneur who co-founded two Silicon Valley technology companies featured on the Inc. 500 list, each generating over $75 million in revenue. Despite living the "American Dream," he found the corporate mindset lacked fulfillment — so he walked away from that lifestyle to help create a global movement instead.


In 2003, Steve co-founded Humanity's Team alongside bestselling author Neale Donald Walsch (author of the Conversations with God series).
