Before founding Humanity's Team, Steve co-founded and led two Silicon Valley companies, both recognized on the INC. 500 and each growing to more than $75 million in annual revenue.

By most measures, he was an unlikely candidate for a life devoted to conscious living. Yet his own awakening journey revealed a truth he continues to return to: the greatest transformation begins within.

For more than three decades, one question has guided his work: What kind of world are we creating for the generations who come after us, not in policy, but in consciousness?

That question became the foundation for Humanity's Team, the global nonprofit Steve co-founded alongside Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God. For more than 23 years, Humanity's Team has advanced conscious living worldwide, reaching more than 1.4 million people across 100 countries.

What makes Steve's teaching distinctive is his ability to bridge the outer and inner dimensions of success. He understands the demands of leadership, achievement, and responsibility because he has lived them.
