Co-Founder of GIAN KAMAL, Charissa Sims has been an entrepreneur and consultant for the past 21 years. She is the host of the Zen Success Show, bestselling author of Change Your Energy, Change Your Life, bestselling children’s book author, mom, teacher, corporate consultant, and spiritual healer. After helping hundreds of people heal from their own health challenges, she was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 and began the inner personal journey of successfully healing her body without the use of Western medicine.

From a traditional professor role at the University of Southern California to corporate consulting at Amazon, Google, Facebook, Paramount Global, Fox, and more, she is now on a massive mission to help heal the world, sharing with others what she has learned and inspiring them to become their own healers. She has studied meditation and spiritual healing and has learned to master her healing abilities.

Tammy Scarlett is an inspirational leader, strategist, and global systems architect, and energetics mentor for both people and systems development. She founded the White Lotus Global Initiative's Impact Portfolio. As the Executive Director of UNIFY, a global nonprofit for world peace and impact and member of the Holomovement, Tammy believes in implementing systemic change with strategy, efficiency, and abundance for the thriving of our future.

Combining her Harvard education in anthropology and MBA studies with her time spent with Native American and First Nations communities, Tammy promotes a return to ancient wisdom and nature to inform global systems solutions, including integrative education for children and accessible dynamic finance. Her work has been featured on WGN and Forbes.

Tammy currently serves on the executive advisory boards of Connective Consulting, Gaia Gives, Awaken, and the World Upshift Movement, is on the executive Team for the Universal Peace Sanctuary, and is a collaborator with the World Academy of Art and Science for the United Nations' Human Security campaign.

Steve Farrell is the co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity’s Team, a global 501(c)3 nonprofit and the world’s leading organization in transformational education.

He co-founded Humanity’s Team with bestselling author Neale Donald Walsch (Conversations with God) in 2003 to help people across the globe awaken to their deeper purpose and the Divine Truth of Oneness.

Prior to launching Humanity’s Team, Steve was a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur, co-founding and leading two high-growth tech companies recognized in the Inc. 500 list.
