Our Humanity's Team Family

Each month we will introduce an individual who helps make Humanity's Team successful.

We would like to introduce you to Garth Catterall, our Worldwide IT/WEB Manager (and all around virtual handyman and very loved member of our team). He also helps update all of Humanity’s Team’s websites. 

In addition, Garth provides technical support for all of Humanity's Team's courses and is in charge of our Customer Support team. He records and edits all of the videos for the Global Oneness Summit, and is in charge of broadcasting the videos on Zoom and Facebook for many of our programs.Garth has worked with Humanity's Team since early 2013.

Garth serves as a board member for the non-profit known as The Oneness Coalition, which produces interfaith worship services in the Salem, Oregon area two or three times a year. He also is a choir member, video producer and runs the soundboard for Unity of Salem.

Mr. Catterall is the CEO of SpiritWorks Software Inc. which develops Mac and Windows desktop accounting software for small businesses, especially rental property managers. He is also an award-winning photographer, a graphic artist, a slide show producer, does video and sound recording and editing, and is an experienced project manager. 

Meet One of our Country Contacts

 We would like to introduce you to Taruja Peng, our new Country Contact for Taiwan. Prior to the pandemic Taruja led guided tours for Mandarin speaking people to sacred sites on Mother Earth and she will do this again once the lock-down is over. Taruja is also an Ambassador of The One Field movie and she translated the film into Mandrain (sub-titles). She also practices sound healing with Wind Music and many years ago she was a translator at the Oneness University in India. Welcome aboard, Taruja!

Juneteenth

Juneteenth is an annual observance on June 19 to remember when Union soldiers enforced the Emancipation Proclamation and freed all remaining slaves in Texas on June 19, 1865. This day is an opportunity for people to celebrate freedom and equal rights in the United States. Juneteenth is also celebrated around the world in many countries.

Father's Day, Sunday, June 20th

IFather's Day is a day of honoring fatherhood and paternal bonds, as well as the influence of fathers in society. In Catholic countries of Europe, it has been celebrated on November 16 as Saint Joseph's Day since the Middle Ages. In America, Father's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June, and is held on various dates across the world.

The Summer Solstice 2021

Also on Sunday, June 20th this year, is the Summer Solstice, at 11:32 P.M. EDT. In the Northern Hemisphere, the June solstice occurs when the Sun reaches its highest and northernmost points in the sky. It marks the start of summer in the northern half of the globe. (In contrast, the June solstice in the Southern Hemisphere is when the Sun is at its lowest point in the sky, marking the start of winter.)

Extraordinary Poetry Performance

Meet 12 year old Sofia Andrea Sanchez. Her mother tells us, "I have always believed in the power of positive affirmations, so when Sofia started to talk, we were not surprised by her very positive outlook and attitude. Now she had her own voice to shout her own worth. I think the universe needed to hear from her—an actual person living her life with a disability—and when she herself said “I am capable. I am strong. I am beautiful. I am brave,” the whole world listened. She became the voice for all children with DS when she said Down syndrome is “not scary, it’s exciting!” She loves her life.
