The Story of Humanity’s Team

Humanity’s Team was co-founded in 2003 by Steve Farrell and Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God series of books. The following year, Steve became the Chairman and Worldwide Executive Director and worked with a small team to form the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that Humanity’s Team is today—an organization comprised of Volunteers, Country Coordinators, and Country Contacts around the world, as well as a highly motivated and committed core team. Humanity's Team was founded on Steve's and Neale's held vision of a world free of outdated and limiting beliefs about the Divine, one another, nature, and all of life.  By living in this Divine being-state, we truly experience—and thus share—unity and Oneness.

Our first general meeting—a 3-day conference at a retreat center near Portland, Oregon, in June of 2003—attracted nearly 1,000 people from six continents. Since then, Humanity's Team has grown into an active, coordinated, and diverse global movement with volunteers operating on-the-ground humanitarian projects in over 54 countries.

At our 2008 Global Council meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, we adopted a Declaration on Cultural Diversity. A few years later, we created a Oneness Declaration, which we presented to the United Nations. Shortly after this, we held the first Global Oneness Day, and subsequently, the Global Oneness Summit. In 2015 we created the Conscious Business Declaration in collaboration with The Club of Budapest, The Goi Peace Foundation, and Case Western University's Business as an Agent of World Benefit program, which has now been implemented by businesses spanning the globe.

In 2021, we launched the “Changing Humanity’s Future” Initiative—a project involving bold but necessary plans for the world over the next 20 years to bring human action into alignment with the profound understanding that the foundational truth of the Universe is that We Are All One.

These bold steps into Oneness continue to this day as we focus on supporting people on their conscious journey, creating planetary awakening, and manifesting flourishing at every level of life. The pinnacle of this movement is our revolutionary streaming platform for transformational education called Humanity Stream+. This subscription service offers extensive streaming content and a private online community where members are already engaging in deep discussions around conscious evolution and the planetary awakening we are all collectively working toward. We are currently in the process of adding more foreign language translations, in our effort to reach every home in every region of the world.

Humanity's Team also provides complimentary online video programs, Masterclasses, the revolutionary streaming platform Humanity Stream+, the Global Oneness Summit (which brings together dozens of world renowned scientists, visionaries, and spiritual leaders each year for days of free live events) , the humanitys.team conscious social network, and many other forms of global outreach.

Humanity’s Team is based in Boulder, Colorado—with team members working remotely from their homes and offices all over the world—and we model and encourage an awakened worldview that reveals the bridge of Truth between new science and spiritual teachings both ancient and modern.

To live from the knowing that we are interconnected, inter-dependent, eternal beings, brings healing, peace, harmony, and love to ourselves, to one another, to the planet, and to all of Life.
