She has spent over a decade in the wellness industry and firmly believes we are all capable of repairing the mind, body, and spirit through cultivating life force energy. Ting Ting is the founder of the GuanJing Method and, along with her online courses and classes, also hosts retreats and oversees GuanJing Method teacher trainings in various locations throughout the world. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area, but with her love of travel, you can find her developing new movements for her method in tropical jungles and other landscapes rich with natural life-force energy.
